Bridges consist of one or more replacement teeth anchored to the neighboring teeth on either side of the missing teeth. For strength, bridges are usually fabricated with porcelain baked over a metal substructure. In some cases, more conservative and esthetic options can be used.

When we do not want to involve or drill the neighboring teeth or we do not have a neighboring tooth, implants are a great alternative. They are incorporated into your bone and feel and function like your own teeth.
